This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded Competition, Regulation and Trade practice in London, advising on complex competition and regulatory matters for a broad range of multinational clients. The team works across a fully integrated international platform, with colleagues based throughout Europe, Asia and Australia.
The practice advises leading financial institutions, multinational corporates, regulatory bodies and government entities on a wide range of competition and regulatory matters. Much of the work has a cross-border dimension, and frequently involves coordinating regulatory strategies across multiple jurisdictions and competition authorities.
The team handles the full spectrum of competition law matters, including cartel and behavioural investigations, competition litigation, merger control, foreign direct investment reviews, regulatory advice, state aid, public procurement and international trade issues.
