Job Description

This role will establish and lead a market ‑ leading technical claims advocacy capability across all of our lines of business. You will shape the GBC claims technical coverage and complex claims advocacy agenda – setting the standards, frameworks and training that define how we approach our most challenging claims.
You’ll work across business units to build a cohesive coverage strategy, and act as a senior escalation point for complex coverage matters. It will be highly visible, client- and market-facing, and a critical part of how we deliver value to clients and partners.
