Gymreapers is a fast-growing fitness accessories and apparel brand built for athletes who take their training seriously. We develop, source, manufacture, import, and sell products across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and international markets. As the business scales, we're building the infrastructure to match. This role is part of that build.
The Role
We're looking for a Compliance Lead to own our product compliance and regulatory compliance programs end to end. This is a newly defined function, which means you'll be building processes, systems, and standards from the ground up, not inheriting someone else's playbook.
You will be the primary owner of compliance strategy across all product categories and markets, including the U. S., Canada, Mexico, the European Union, and the U. K.
