Responsibilities
- Control and management of system Annex 24 and Annex 30.
- Support and coordinate program requirements of C-TPAT and OEA.
- Ensure compliance with IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certificate, and Rule 8TH.
- Prepare and request necessary permits for operation and compliance (Rule 8TH, FTA certificate, renewals, B10, automatic notices, etc.).
- Control documentation related to IMMEX operations.
- Maintain import‑export record‑keeping compliance.
- Support administration of fixed assets.
- Assist in scrap process and change of regime.
- Validate HTS classifications.
- Provide guidance and training to team members, answering work‑related questions.
- Prepare monthly reports, risk analysis, and correction plans; establish measurable objectives and KPIs.
