Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE The Sr. Composite Engineer will be the onsite Molding Process and Materials Expert to Launch New Platforms, Processes and/or Materials and Optimize the Quality, Productivity and Cost for the fabrication of Fiberglass Hulls & Decks for Personal Watercraft. The Sr. Composite Engineer will be supporting the Production Team in delivering a Safe, Quality and Efficient product to our Internal & External Customers. In addition, the Sr. Composite Engineer is a technical reference and participates in increasing the level of knowledge in CFC. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the evaluation and development of new processes, materials & suppliers with the Product Engineering and Procurement Teams Work closely with the Product Engineering team to launch new platforms and optimize the current ones (for the Molding Process mainly) Develop and monitor the Paint & Structural Repair Procedures Continuously seek best practices and potential projects in those fields: Environmenta...
