Plant Controller – Automotive Location - Monterrey, MexicoWe are supporting a global automotive manufacturer in the search for a Plant Controller at a high-volume production facility in Monterrey, Mexico.This is a key plant leadership role with full ownership of site finance, partnering closely with operations to drive performance, control costs, and support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead the region's annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‐range planning.Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Monitor P&L performance, variances, cost drivers, and productivity metrics.Partner with plant managers and functional leaders to drive financial accountability.Provide financial guidance to regional operations, supply chain, and HR.Support decision-making for headcount, capacity, Cap Ex, and major investments.Review and validate product costing, standard costs, and margin performance.Track cost ...
