As an Overnight Concierge Telefonico, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality lifestyle services to premium corporate members based in Europe. You will handle a wide range of lifestyle requests during the overnight shift, ensuring seamless service and outstanding member experience.

- Manage overnight lifestyle requests, including dining, retail and premium experiences.
- Handle limited travel‑related requests such as hotel bookings and car hire.
