This role requires managing on-site construction activities, with a focus on concrete and formwork scopes. You will plan schedules, determine manpower requirements, and monitor work performance to resolve potential issues. Excellent communication skills are vital for working with Owners, Consultants, and Architects to uphold project interests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage site work to align with project specifications
• Plan and implement schedules and determine manpower needs

• Maintain up-to-date cost reports and recommend adjustments
Requirements:
• Construction degree/diploma with 10+ years experience
• Proficient in concrete and formwork scopes
