Job Description
As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will assist internal and supplier contacts for documents into the accounts payable system. You will perform daily analysis, reporting, and discrepancy tracking to ensure timely payments.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Analyze workflow processes
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
- Ensure bills and payroll are paid while following departmental procedures
- Process due invoices for payments
- Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
- Process transactions and perform accounting responsibilities such as recording entries
Qualifications
- Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist and a bachelor’s degree in accounting are required.
