JOB SUMMARY
The Construction Coordinator is an energetic and organized field support role responsible for facilitating smooth operations across Buildforth by Paradigm's active construction sites. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position provides practical, day-to-day support to site teams, Superintendents, and project stakeholders. The Construction Coordinator travels between project sites to deliver materials and equipment, assist with coordination tasks, gather and relay critical field information, and ensure that logistics and communication flow efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong construction background who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and is eager to grow within the construction management field.

- Travel between project sites to provide on-the-ground support to Superintendents and site crews.
