Elevate construction project management with Bird as an Assistant Superintendent in the Greater Ottawa Area. Lead subcontractors and ensure safety while overseeing effective field operations.
Reporting to the General Superintendent, this role involves on-site management of construction projects. You will implement the Bird Safety Program and monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring quality standards are met. Develop project schedules and foster relationships with field staff to enhance site morale and efficiency.
