Construction Manager on Southern Vancouver Island / Victoria / West Shore
Sultan Construction, a busy construction contracting company, is looking to fill a full‑time Construction Manager role to oversee and manage our full schedule of building projects in the Southern Vancouver Island Region. This role is responsible for managing on‑site construction activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong organizational skills, a commitment to excellence, and proven experience in construction management.
The anticipated salary range for this permanent, full‑time position is $68.00–$70.00 per hour (based on experience), with a 40‑hour work week.
