The company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with Estimator Expertise to serve as the right hand to the Chief Operations Officer. This role combines executive support, operational coordination, customer communication, and construction estimating responsibilities to help drive operational efficiency and revenue growth across the business.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in construction estimating workflows. This person will help manage inbound leads, coordinate scheduling, support estimating and takeoffs, oversee backend operational tasks, and maintain visibility across multiple areas of the business.
