Construction project director

YOUR CHALLENGE Reporting to the Construction Director, the Project Director acts as a strategic and operational leader responsible for the overall performance of the projects under their responsibility. They supervise project managers and site teams, ensure consistency in practices, control risks, costs, and schedules, and act as the escalation point for major issues. They must also be adept at prioritizing tasks. The successful candidate must be able to execute multiple mandates independently, manage priorities effectively, and intervene rigorously in resolving daily challenges. Targeted project profile: relevant experience in the construction of multi-story projects and experience managing projects worth $20 million or more.
