Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and daily operations
• Prepare construction budget estimates and monitor progress
• Plan schedules, hire, and supervise subcontractors
• Read blueprints and utilize CADD software
• Develop risk management and quality control programs

• Minimum five years of related project management experience
