Safety Built Into Every Project The Safety Coordinator (Construction) is a key contributor to both project-level safety execution and the continuous improvement of Industra’s corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) program. This role goes beyond coordination—acting as a trusted advisor to project teams and leadership, supporting risk-based planning, strengthening field execution, and ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. A key component of this role is building strong, credible relationships across the organization, particularly with field teams, by fostering trust, open communication, and collaboration. The successful candidate is someone who becomes a go-to partner for superintendents and project teams—engaging early, providing practical guidance, and being the first call before issues arise. They bring strong construction safety experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence teams to drive a high-performance safety culture.
