Job Description
As aConstruction Site Supervisorat Solico Metal, you will support the Field Operations Manager in overseeing structural steel erection projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring deadlines are met and installations are completed according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, installers, and site superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with approved drawings.
- Produce erection progress and site daily reports
- Follow up on the delivery schedule and validate delivery slips
- Participate to coordination meetings with the engineering, detailing and fabrication team
- Attend on-site coordination meetings with the General Contractor
- Assist the steel erector in repair request (field works and deficiencies)
- Assist with health and safety recordings
- Other duties as required and assigned by the supervisor
