Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Health and Safety Consultant is responsible for supporting and advancing health, safety and wellness initiatives across the NTC. This role maintains a strong field presence, partners closely with all NTC departments, is a member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC), and promotes a proactive, prevention‑focused safety culture. The Health and Safety Consultant ensures compliance with legislation, industry standards, internal policies and procedures and client requirements while providing day‑to‑day guidance, inspections, and administrative support.
