Consultant Paediatrician

South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, now part of University Hospital Tees, invites applications for a Consultant Paediatrician to join our dynamic paediatrics department working across two sites – Middlesbrough and Northallerton. Applications from general paediatricians with a specialist interest in epilepsy, and other special interests that complement the department’s needs, are strongly encouraged. All Consultants will work across both sites and enjoy a variety of opportunities.
Main duties of the job
Our large secondary‑care centre in the Tees Valley area offers acute, community and specialist care for children in Middlesbrough, Redcar and Northallerton. We provide a broad range of specialist treatments, including cardiology, diabetes, epilepsy, cystic fibrosis, asthma, paediatric endocrine, allergies, gastroenterology and comprehensive community paediatric services.
