Job Description
- User Growth & Conversion:
Develop and execute user growth strategies; responsible for optimizing the complete funnel from content exposure and user reach to transaction conversion. Continuously improve conversion rates at each stage through scientific methods such as A/B testing and data tracking, and be accountable for final transaction results. - Content Planning & Marketing:
Plan high-conversion marketing campaigns aligned with financial market hotspots (earnings season, Fed interest rate meetings, key economic data releases, etc.). Design differentiated operational strategies based on user lifecycle management (new, growing, mature, and dormant users) to effectively activate trading intent. - Product Positioning & Packaging:
