Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time Certified Care Aide (CCA) to join our Nursing team at Ivy Meadows, reporting to the Nursing Services Manager.
Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized CCA program.
- Provincial CCA certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, visitors, and coworkers.
- Good organizational skills and a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to attend work regularly and consistently according to Northwood Corporate Standards.
- Demonstrated use of proper body mechanics and ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Knowledge of/experience working in a team-based, person-centred approach to care.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
