Job Description
The objective of LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) is to support The LEGO Group in its strategic priorities by building a sustainable continuous improvement mindset across the company.
The LEGO Continuous Improvement Director is part of the site’s Leadership Team accountable for the success of Americas Manufacturing. The position is responsible for setting the Vision, in terms of Continuous Improvement, for the site according to the global strategy. The Director also leads all aspects of the local LCI team, coordinates resources, and provides mentorship to achieve objectives in the agenda and Continuous Improvement requirements.

- Lead the implementation process of the site's strategy to synchronize global Ops direction in local activation plans.
