Take on a pivotal role as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Wonderbrands in Etobicoke, ON. You'll spearhead projects aimed at cost reduction and efficiency optimization in a vibrant food manufacturing landscape.
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Leader, your focus will be on leading and implementing improvement projects. You will challenge existing processes, coach operational staff, and utilize data analysis to drive informed decisions. Collaborating with Bakery leadership, you will identify and act on opportunities to enhance productivity across the board.
