Overview

Our Construction Phase Services group located in our Markham, Whitby, Toronto, and Mississauga Offices is looking for a Contract Administrator to work as part of a contract administration team on Highway / Road / Bridge construction projects.

Join our team of globally connected specialists to help solve complex transport challenges and experience groundbreaking projects from idea to delivery, and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Contract Administration of civil provincial and municipal infrastructure projects
  • Liaise with the Project Managers, designers, field inspectors, contractors and clients on a daily basis
  • Work with the Construction Administration Project Management staff in the overall management of staff and departmental initiatives
  • Work with Project Management staff to develop project policies and procedures related to quality, safety, the environment, and professional ethics
