Responsibilities
- A Contract and Commercial Manager in electrical infrastructure oversees the financial and contractual performance of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all legal and commercial terms.
- Contract Management: Administering major infrastructure contracts, such as NEC3/4, FIDIC, or JCT, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiation & Documentation: Leading business and contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and drawing up associated legal documentation that outlines the terms of service and deliverables.
- Financial Control: Managing project budgets, tracking cash flow, profitability, and cost-to-complete estimates. This involves preparing and presenting commercial performance reports to senior leadership.
