Capcon Consulting is seeking a Contract and Commercial Manager for electrical infrastructure projects in the railway sector. You will oversee financial and contractual performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with NEC3/4, FIDIC or JCT terms.
You will lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, manage budgets and risk, and drive procurement to secure value. Strong contract knowledge and communication are essential to succeed.
