This opportunity is ideal for lawyers with strong experience in SaaS agreements, technology contracts, GDPR, and commercial negotiations who are looking for flexible, independent work arrangements. The role involves reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and redlining commercial agreements while advising clients on legal risk and contract terms.
