Job Description
The Contract Service Specialist is responsible for working with external and internal customers to renew service agreements, handle billing concerns, and resolve any customer or service issues that may arise for multiple products across the globe, including complex problem solving, repetitive processing, and switching between project work and standard tasks while meeting deadlines and achieving quality goals.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and resolve complex, ambiguous problems that often require innovative solutions.Become familiar with all aspects of the products being supported, including knowing where to go for SOP/Standard Work.Service Agreement Data Entry & Processing requiring close attention to detail.Flexible to work independently or with a team, as needed.Daily customer account maintenance performed efficiently and accurately – service changes, updates, cancellations.Work in a dynamic environment that may change often or be repetitive at times.Assist in establishing and main...
