Position Summary
Milestone is currently seeking a Contract Superintendent to manage all site activities performed on their designated project. This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full‑time role, based on project needs and performance. Oversight should ensure that projects are completed safely, within schedule, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Keep training up to date in line with MECI programs.
- Have a working knowledge of all HSE requirements and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with MECI’s safety department and disseminate pertinent safety information to the project team and subcontractors.
- Read and understand the project scope, project control estimates and client contract.
- Review and understand project‑related subcontracts.
- Communicate and track any changes to project scope, requests for additional work, client contract or subcontracts to the Project Manager. ...
