Contractor Confirmations & Counterparty Management Analyst
Job Description
Our client, an oil and gas company, is looking to hire a Contractor Confirmations & Counterparty Management Analyst to their team for an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 4 days per week in office in Calgary.
Your responsibilities include:
- Counterparty Onboarding and Management: Oversee the onboarding of new commodity counterparties, including customer setup, KYC screening, and maintaining counterparty data in trading and ERP systems.
- Trade Confirmation Management: Process and manage daily commodity trade confirmations across various ETRM platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial contracts and company policies.
- Data Maintenance and Cleanup: Collaborate on data cleanup and ensure accurate counterparty information across ETRM and ERP systems in preparation for system upgrades.
