We're looking for a proactive and strategic Controller with over 7 years of accounting expertise. This role involves full-cycle accounting management, payroll processing, and financial analysis to guide how we operate and grow. You will collaborate directly with ownership, bringing analytical insights that transform numbers into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting functions and month-end closes
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Manage payroll processing and government remittances
• Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
• Maintain and reconcile multiple bank accounts
Requirements:
• 7+ years of accounting experience in small businesses
• Strong full-cycle accounting knowledge
