- Supervise, train, and develop the accounting, finance, and cost team.
- Lead the accounting and tax closing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Ensure that company complies with tax laws, accounting standards (BRGAAP and IFRS), and act as a point of contact with internal and external auditors.
- Analyze financial data, reconcile records, and prepare reports.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automate processes in the controllership area to increase efficiency.
- General ledger account analysis to identify discrepancies and support financial decision-making.
- Ensure Payables and Receivables on time.
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
