Residential Property Solicitor – 2–6 PQE
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 (negotiable based on following)
Our client, a well-established and growing law firm based in the heart of London, is seeking a talented Conveyancer (2–6 PQE) to join their busy and respected Residential Property team. The department advises high net worth individuals, investors, and developers on a full range of residential transactions, including prime London properties.
The role:
- Manage a varied caseload of high-value residential sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Advise HNW and UHNW clients on complex property matters with a personal and proactive approach.
- Work closely with referrers, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the department, with scope to develop your own client relationships.
