Cabeza Grande is seeking a Cook. It’s a permanent full-time (35 – 44 hours per week – day, evening, weekend, shift, overtime) position with a wage of $18.50 per hour + gratuities and a 4% paid vacation.

Main responsibilities and duties as a Cook:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes according to company recipes.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to company recipes using various kitchen equipment.
- Wash, cut, chop and peel ingredients.
- Slice vegetables, meats, and bread products, and portion them appropriately.
- Precook necessary ingredients as well as pre‑assemble dishes and ingredients with appropriate portions.
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food.
