Job Purpose
Coordinate and implement training strategies that ensure the development of critical technical skills for personnel—in safety, health, environment, quality, continuous improvement, and processes—from induction to ongoing professional development, aligning training with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities- Diagnosis and Planning: Coordinate the identification, analysis, and prioritization of training needs at the organizational level, considering both technical and behavioral competencies.
- Incorporate critical aspects related to Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, Quality, Food Safety, Continuous Improvement, and processes into the annual training plan.
- Align training activities with strategic plans, and with current policies and regulations.
