Job Description
The Village Logistics Coordinator supports the logistics operations within the resort to ensure the efficient flow of goods, inventory management, and timely delivery of supplies to all departments. The role works closely with the Village Logistics Supervisor and internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Inventory Management
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment across the resort.
Verify deliveries (quantity, quality, labeling, temperature, packaging, expiration dates).
Reject damaged or non-compliant goods and report discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and identify risks of shortage, overstock, or obsolete products.
Organize storage areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and optimal use of space.
Support monthly and rotating inventory counts.
