Job Summary
The Coordinator, Athletic Events oversees the operations of all Athletics varsity game days and department events. In partnership with other department events coordinators, they are responsible for the development and planning of a comprehensive varsity game day plan for hosting all varsity game days including Canada West tournaments, regular season, exhibition and post‑season athletics games and special events.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of all Athletics varsity game days and department events.
- Develop and plan comprehensive varsity game day plans for Canada West tournaments, regular season, exhibition, post‑season athletics games and special events.
- Supervise staff as required.
- Work evenings and weekends as required.

- Certificate in sport administration or equivalent from a recognized institution.
