Supporting a variety of communication activities in a professional and timely manner, the Coordinator, Communications is responsible for organizing and managing CPSA's monthly newsletter, daily media clippings, community relations initiatives and other communications requirements such as project management, writing and editing, design, presentation support and commendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Communications department:Oversee coordination/planning, promotional materials and presentations, meeting logistics, travel arrangements and day-of execution for CPSA speaking engagements and other community relations activities.Manage CPSA's monthly e-newsletter, including collecting external submissions, writing/editing internal submissions as required, layout/design, and distribution.Manage CPSA's commendations intake and process.Daily r...
