Role Overview
Reporting to the Manager, HR Operations & HRIS, the Coordinator, HR Operations provides front‑line delivery of HR processes and services that support people seeking employment with YWCA Regina and our existing employees across all elements of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Manager and the Director, HR Operations, this role owns the processes, documentation, and front‑line execution of key HR services at YWCA Regina.
The coordinator keeps recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and HR correspondence moving efficiently for all involved, ensuring accurate information, timely documentation, and that our people feel supported and cared for at every stage of their employment journey.
