About the role
Reporting to the Health and Safety Supervisor, the Coordinator, Safety & Loss Control is responsible for the administration and coordination of site safety programs. This position will be dedicated to being a resource for Line Creek operating groups, focused on ensuring Health and Safety of employees and contractors. This role will operate on a 5x2 schedule rotation.
To be successful, we require someone with a passion for continuous improvement who can multitask, stay organized, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced team environment. This person is self‑motivated, possesses strong attention to detail, and has problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. This role requires a high level of integrity and an ability to know your audience, thus presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
