Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate and commercial agreements (e.g., MOIs, shareholders' agreements, sale of business agreements, and service level agreements).
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the Companies Act.
