Overview
Keyera is currently seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. The Corporate Development group focuses on M&A strategy, acquisition execution, and economic modeling for key business development initiatives. The successful candidate will support analysis and research activities to support existing and new corporate development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with various business units and senior management to support analysis and evaluation of strategic opportunities.
- Developing and/or maintaining detailed financial models to evaluate investments, divestments, and acquisitions.
- Assisting in the development of presentations summarizing analysis for decision makers.
