Overview
NTT DATA is seeking a Corporate Development M&A Specialist Advisor to join the team in Mexico City. The role is fully global, supporting M&A transactions across North America and Asia Pacific primarily in the Technology Services sector.
Responsibilities- Contribute to development of M&A strategy by identifying and ideating on investment ideas and targets across the technology services space in North America and Asia Pacific.
- Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to assess investments, including valuation, synergy analysis via discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, scenario, sensitivity, and ROI/IRR analysis.
- Manage day‑to‑day project teams across the diligence process and coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and external advisors (accountants, lawyers, bankers).
