Millennium EMS Solutions Ltd. (MEMS) is seeking a Corporate Paralegal & Compliance Lead to serve as a trusted enterprise advisor and delegated authority for corporate governance, contract risk, compliance, and legal operations.
This is a senior, highly autonomous role suited to an experienced governance and legal professional who brings sound judgment, discretion, and the confidence to operate independently in a complex, regulated environment. The role supports executive leadership and the Board and plays a critical part in ensuring MEMS’ legal, contractual, and compliance frameworks are defensible, scalable, and aligned to growth.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the VP Finance & Legal, the Corporate Paralegal & Compliance Lead acts as MEMS’ primary internal authority (pre-counsel) on corporate governance administration, ESOP management, contract governance, privacy compliance, and insurance coordination.
