Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President, Finance the Corporate Controller will work closely with the Finance Team.
PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
- Tracking, managing, and forecasting the financial performance of our construction projects.
- Applying sound decision-making abilities, ensuring that cost, quality, and timeline goals are met.
- Working closely with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure that every dollar is accounted for and every resource is used efficiently.
- Advising on construction materials and their cost implications.
- Checking for construction compliance and verifying financial alignment.
- Ensuring that all financial aspects meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing cost control on construction project from start to finish.
