What you’ll do
- Deliver in‑person, evidence‑based therapy using solution‑focused, brief and longer‑term modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Support clients through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Total Mental Health (TMH) programs, addressing complex presentations including mental health disorders, addictions, relationship concerns and workplace stress.
- Apply strength‑based, client‑centered approaches that honor diverse backgrounds and empower individuals to achieve meaningful change.
