The Role:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and grow the affiliate network in Tunisia: find, onboard, and manage partners.
- Negotiate deals, commissions, and campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, partners, and media buyers.
- Track KPIs, optimize performance, and ensure traffic quality across all channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch local promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and trends to keep us one step ahead.
Ideal Profile:
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Affiliate Marketing.
- You’re fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and can build trust across cultures.
- You know the Tunisian online marketing landscape and have connections in affiliates / media buying.
- You enjoy negotiating, solving problems, and growing partnerships.
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Experience in iGaming, betting, or digital marketing is a strong plus — but we also value drive and potential.
