Job Description

The Role:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and grow the affiliate network in Tunisia: find, onboard, and manage partners.
  • Negotiate deals, commissions, and campaigns tailored to the local market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, partners, and media buyers.
  • Track KPIs, optimize performance, and ensure traffic quality across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch local promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and trends to keep us one step ahead.

Ideal Profile:

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Affiliate Marketing.
  • You’re fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and can build trust across cultures.
  • You know the Tunisian online marketing landscape and have connections in affiliates / media buying.
  • You enjoy negotiating, solving problems, and growing partnerships.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in iGaming, betting, or digital marketing is a strong plus — but we also value drive and potential.
