About this role:
We are seeking an experienced HR country manager to provide HR partnership and consultation to Gartner’s South Africa locations. This role will lead as a local HR Country Manager for South Africa and as a HR Business Partner to a client group to ensure Gartner can successfully hire, develop, and retain top talent in these key locations. You will partner with TA and broader HR to develop initiatives focused on rehire (winback) talent, referrals, and internal mobility.
Country Manager - Provide local expertise and end to end management of the BBBEE and Employment Equity programs in South Africa. Ensure legal compliance in support of people programs and processes and lead internal communications for the country acting as a focal point for people announcements, policies and procedures.
