What you will do:
- Hold responsibility for Passengers Acquisition and Retention KPIs
- Lead a matrix‑structured marketing team, and interact with other departments: Business Development, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, Product
- Drive the annual marketing plan of the country, analyzing digital performance, media and car‑branding strategies to optimize the marketing mix
- Hold country marketing budget processes
- Generate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth‑hacking initiatives
