• Supervise and co‑ordinate Beer Store staff
• Assign staff to duties and prepare work schedules
• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Provide recommendations based on customers' stated preferences, needs and desires
• Respond to customer questions
• Conduct sales transactions
• Other duties as required
